1919 -- Pagoda Spring House in park demolished
1929 -- Park acquires more land. Current main bathhouse built.
1931 -- Current bandstand built
1933 -- Park View Inn built on site of former Berkeley Springs Hotel. Continues today as the Country Inn.
1934 -- Cacapon State Park built as CCC project.
President Franklin D. Roosevelt visits the springs and “The Pines,” a polio rehabilitation center now War Memorial Hospital.
1937 -- Tomato Festival begins. World War 2 cuts reign short at five.
1950-51 -- Victorian Bath House demolished; replaced with current outdoor swimming pool -- first in West Virginia.
